Cassandra Darens of San Bernadino has won the Charmed by the Love Contest prize package. She’s also doing her part during the COVID-19 outbreak to help shelter pets by designating the cash donation portion to the Humane Society of San Bernadino.
The contest is in honor of Goodnewsforpets.com’s 20th anniversary. In addition to the donation, Darens won a Melissa and Doug stuffed “Lola” Labrador and one of the popular and versatile Goodnewsforpets.com Heart-Paw charms exclusively designed by Elena Kriegner. She also won the prestigious American College of Veterinary Behaviorists (ACVB) Decoding Your Cat book due to be published in June. The Grand Prize will include a collection of products valued at up to $500 including items featuring the winner’s favorite breed or pet, Goodnewsforpets.com Heart-Paw earrings exclusively designed by Elena Kreigner and an additional $2,000 donation to the Grand Prize winner’s local rescue or shelter of their choice. This shelter or rescue will also be featured on Goodnewsforpets.com.
The first promotion is the Charmed by the Love of a Labrador Contest, which begins February 27 and ends March 20, 2020. The special prize is a giant Melissa & Doug “Lola” Labrador in honor of America’s #1 favorite breed and Goodnewsforpets.com’s own Lola. The winner will also receive a Goodnewsforpets.com Heart-Paw Charm, a choice of a prestigious American College of Veterinary Behaviorists (ACVB) Decoding Your Dog or Decoding Your Cat book, and a personal donation will be made to a local shelter or rescue of the winner’s choice.
