A celebration of nine decades of education, innovation and inspiration for the veterinary community
The WVC 90th Annual Conference at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, takes place March 4-8, 2018. Over five days, veterinary professionals will select from more than 1,000 continuing education (CE) hours, have an opportunity to meet with over 500 exhibitors and attend live events designed to inspire and entertain.
Celebrating 90 years of providing practical, high-quality CE for the veterinary community, WVC’s 90th Annual Conference offers participants a variety of ways to learn through workshops, symposia, seminars, lectures and hands-on labs. Topic areas include small animal, equine, food animal, and avian and exotics, with courses designed specifically for veterinarians, veterinary technicians and practice managers.
Participants will enjoy complimentary entertainment featuring award-winning journalist Lisa Ling, host and executive producer of “This is Life” on CNN, as the general session speaker; a comedy night sponsored by Hill’s Pet Nutrition, and a Merck-sponsored concert, with both performers still to be announced.
In the Exhibit Hall, a reinvented new product showcase will return as a virtual game with 90 prizes, along with WVC’s Want Ad area, the Learning Lounge, Vet Detective scavenger hunt, and the popular Exhibit Hall Mixer.
