Each entry needs an official email address that each Entrant must agree to provide and that by providing your email address; you will be entering the Contest and agreeing to receive our GoodNewsforPets.com Newsletter, and other email communications from us at that email address. We will notify you at that email address if you win. You must respond to the email notification that you won and accept the prize within 24 hours of that email notification and provide a photo of yourself with your pet along with a quote of your reaction to winning, which will be used to announce you as the winner. If you fail to accept the winning notification, provide a photo, and/or your own personal quote you will forfeit your prize. If that happens we will select another winner. We will not sell, share, or reveal your email address to any other company or individual. Only one entry per household or organization. All employees, and employees, agents, and contractors of GoodNewsForPets.com as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or participate. CONTEST PERIOD: The goodnewsforpets Contest begins at 00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“”EST””) Month day, 2013 and ends 00:00 p.m., Month day, 2013 (the “”Contest Period””).
CONTEST SUBMISSION: (a) To enter, go to www.goodnewsforpets.com entry page and follow the instructions on Entry Form. The date and time your Entry is submitted constitutes the official time of your Entry for purposes of the Contest. You must comply with the terms of use and all other terms and conditions of goodnewsforpets.com to be eligible, including any requirements about registration. This includes the requirement to “”Like”” our GoodNewsforPets.com Facebook page prior to submitting an entry form. However, no purchase is necessary.
(a)All requested information must be completed to enter. By entering the Contest, all Entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of this Contest. No Entries will be acknowledged or returned to the Entrant under any circumstance. (b) By entering the Contest, you irrevocably agree to allow Sponsor, goodnewsforpets.com and its parent company, gdmnews, LLC and Germinder & Associates, Inc. to reference your name, video, story and/or photo at the Sponsor Website and to use your name, image, likeness, and voice recordings in all media anywhere throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional permission or compensation unless prohibited by law in connection with this contest. (c) Each Entrant, by entering the Contest, agrees that, should he or she be chosen as a Winner, he or she and the facility or institution they represent, will irrevocably and in perpetuity assign all worldwide rights, title and interest in and to the Entry (including specifically the Video or photo), including intellectual property rights and moral rights, including by way of example but not limitation, all copyright rights, invention and trademark rights, on an exclusive basis, such exclusive basis to also exclude Entrant/owner from exercising any rights or interest over the subject matter hereof. (d) By entering the Contest, Entrant acknowledges and represents to Sponsor (1) that all elements of his/her Entry, including all video, photo, visual, graphic and design elements, including concepts and characters, and all musical elements, including lyrics, compositions and performances, are his/her original creation and that he/she owns all copyright, trademark, trade name and other intellectual property rights to them and that the use of them in the Entry does not violate the laws of any country, state, municipality or any common law rights, including but not limited to Title 17 of the United States Code, and Section 106 of the 1976 Copyright Act, as amended, and that the use of them in the Entry has not infringed upon such rights of any third party; and/or (2) that he/she has obtained all necessary licenses or permissions from all appropriate third parties required for the production and submission of the Entry in the Contest as herein described; (3) that the posting of his/her Entry on the Sponsor Site and the display of it on the Site will not violate the intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or rights of privacy of any third parties or otherwise breach any provision of any applicable law or regulation; (4) that his/her Entry and the posting of it on the Site complies fully and completely with all of the terms of the Goodnewsforpets.com Site, in their entirety; (5) that Sponsor has his/her irrevocable permission for the posting of his/her name, use of his/her name and reference to his/her Video, Photo and/or Story on the Sponsor Website, and use and posting of his/her image, likeness and speech provided by him/her to Sponsor in any manner in connection with the Contest without any compensation or limitation in perpetuity, regardless of whether his/her Entry is a winning Entry; and (6) that he/she has obtained irrevocable full and informed consent of any third party whose image, likeness and speech appears in his/her Entry. (e) By entering the Contest, Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold Sponsor, its affiliates and its respective parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, and agents harmless from any and all losses, damages (including but not limited to punitive damages and reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), rights, claims and actions of any kind arising out of any breach or falsity of Entrant’s representations made in entering into this Contest, including without limitation those set forth in these Official Rules and in the Entry. (f) Only fully completed Entries are eligible. All Entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “”Eligible Entries””.

Cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion or contest of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means previously.
Must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright or license infringement.
Must not contain brand names or trademarks.
Must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous or libelous.
Must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, and
Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws and regulations in any state where the material is created.
CONTEST JUDGING AND CRITERIA: (a) The Eligible Entries will first be screened by GOODNEWSFORPETS.COM and then judged according to the above criteria and any other specific instructions or rules of the Contest, which are stated herein, the Official Rules & Regulations, and the Entry Form. All decisions are final.

PRIZE: The prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Winner will receive a (ENTER CONTEST PRIZE HERE). Only one Prize will be awarded.
PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: The official GOODNEWSFORPETS.COM contact(s) representing the winners will be notified via the email provided by the Entrant. You must respond to the email notification that you won and accept the prize within 24 hours of that email notification, provide a photo of yourself with your pet, and a quote explaining your reaction to winning. or you will forfeit your prize. Each finalist must prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age and residence upon notification as a potential Prize Winner. In the event of non-compliance by a potential Prize Winner, such potential Prize Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as a Prize Winner shall be terminated and an alternative potential Prize Winner may be awarded the Prize in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL PRIZE TERMS: Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above, including, without limitation, sale or use tax, shipping and handling charges to be incurred in connection with redemption of the Prize are solely Winner’s responsibility. The value of the Prizes will be taxable to Winner as income. Winner must supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of the Prizes and the Prize Winners. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, or is disrupted or corrupted, including, without limitation, by strikes, acts of war or terrorism, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or system failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest or for any reason Sponsor deems it necessary, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest or to determine the Prize Winners in its sole discretion.
