The Kansas City Life Sciences Zoonoses & National Biosecurity Symposium will be held Monday, Sept. 17 in conjunction with the CVC Central. This is a free Symposium from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Kansas City Convention and Entertainment Centers.
Speakers will cover topics such as flu viruses, E.coli and vaccines. The keynote speaker is Alfonso Torres, DVM, MS, PhD, Associate Dean for Public Policy, College of Veterinary Medicine, Cornell University.
The KC Animal Health Corridor is co-sponsoring the event along with Kansas State University and the University of Missouri.
