JaneA Kelley has been writing the award-winning cat advice blog Paws and Effect since 2003, and has been a contributing author at catster.com since 2010 and a columnist for Catster Magazine since 2015. She strives to help people understand their cats and learn about feline behavior and health issues. In her day job, she works for an animal rescue organization and has the privilege of sharing that organization’s stories through web and social media outreach. She lives with her three cats, Thomas T. Bombadil, Belladonna Moonshadow Kelley, and Tara Wilhelmina Kelley, the “real” authors of Paws and Effect.
