(Greenwich, CT—February 22, 2011)— Andrew Darmohraj, senior vice president of the American Pet Products Association (APPA), is proud to announce that Global Pet Expo, presented by APPA and the Pet Industry Distributors Association (PIDA), will be a record-setting Show and the largest in its seven-year history. This exciting news comes nearly a month before the Show, set to take place March 16-18, 2011, in Orlando, FL, at the Orange County Convention Center.
With 2,366 booths sold, the most in the Show’s history, and 822 exhibiting companies, Global Pet Expo 2011 promises to be the most exciting show to date. Show organizers are also pleased to announce that all Global Pet Expo special sections are completely sold out. The special sections include: Natural Pet, Boutique, Everything Aquatic, International Pavilion, and What’s New!.

The Boutique, Everything Aquatic, What’s New!, International Pavilion and Natural Pet sections have been introduced over the past few years in response to growing pet product trends in the industry.
