As Vice President-General Manager, Santosuosso leads a team in Accounting/Administration, Operations, R&D/Compliance, Marketing and Sales, Contract Manufacturing and Business Development to achieve short- and long-term goals. Upon announcing the appointment, Don Chew, President and Chief Executive Officer of PBI-Gordon Corporation said,

Prior to joining Pegasus, Santosuosso was Vice President of Business Development at Virbac Corporation from 2005 to 2012. He served as Director of Marketing at Virbac from 2000 to 2004. Prior to joining Virbac, Santosuosso was Marketing Manager at Novartis Crop Protection. He began his career in animal health as a Marketing Manager at Merck.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University.
