All along the way, the L.O.V.E. bus is the star. What is this all about? And once pet owners know, the passion for their pets reigns….the questions about behavior tumble out and the answers are at the ready by those in the know. The “The Keep the L.O.V.E. Alive Behavior Express 2012 Tour,” is well underway with several cities already visited by the now renowned L.O.V.E. bus. First up, Ceva Animal Health saw the bus off to San Diego with a company kick-off in Kansas City. The College of Veterinary Behaviorists joined with Ceva Animal Health at the San Diego Zoo to launch the tour to the veterinary community immediately before the American Veterinary Medical Association annual convention. Spokesperson Debra Horwitz, DVM, DACVB, the national spokesperson for the campaign, was interviewed by the media. Then it was on to Chicago this past weekend. And what an event it was — blue skies, Chicagoans out in droves to the Zoo, and a curiosity about the first pet behavior fair – a resounding success.
Now the tour comes to New York City. Animal Care & Control of New York City is helping get the word out and participating in the fair at Hudson River Park Pier 84 Dog Run this Friday, August 17. If you are in NYC, watch for the bus and stop by the pet fair this Friday. If you are not in NYC, be sure to check out the tour dates for more cities.
