I am proud to be part of the many recognizing Mordecai Siegal’s induction into the DWAA hall of fame. He is an esteemed writer and a wonderful mentor and friend. I am also happy to report we had a successful NAVC this past month and reunited with many friends, which is always the best part of the conference. At the conference, we helped Pfizer Animal Health and the American Association of Feline Practitioners put on a press briefing for the CATalyst Summit which was held Feb. 5 and 6 in Palm Springs, Calif. Now that the Summit is over and great ideas were shared, we will be posting announcements on the developing initiative to improve the status of cats.
