AVMA and Viticus Group Collaborate on Digital and Hands-On Training

AVMA Launches Human Health COVID-19 Vaccine Campaign

Building on their longtime leadership in continuing education for veterinarians, the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and Viticus Group today announced a new collaboration that will enhance educational opportunities for the entire veterinary team.  In 2022 the AVMA and Viticus Group have joined forces, bringing together AVMA’s strength in digital education and Viticus Group’s long-term success providing hands-on training to deliver team-based education in both virtual and in-person settings.

“It is perfect timing to announce this exciting new partnership with AVMA as we host the 94th Annual WVC Conference in Las Vegas.  Together, our two organizations will leverage each other’s strengths to meet the rapidly evolving and diverse CE needs of our colleagues across the profession,” said Andrea Davis, CEO of Viticus Group.

Examples of the curricula for veterinarians and veterinary technicians that combine virtual and hands-on components include courses throughout the year on topics such as Dentistry and Ultrasonography. Other creative offerings through this new partnership will include newly developed programming, such as Continuing Education during the WVC Annual Conference and the AVMA Annual Convention, and an Early Career Bootcamp set to take place onsite at the Viticus Center in June.

By leveraging AVMA’s prowess in digital education and Viticus Group’s proven capabilities delivering high-quality in-person education, this strategic partnership promises exciting new educational opportunities for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and the entire veterinary healthcare team.
