2008 ACVIM Forum Offers Continuing Education For Veterinarians

AN ANTONIO, Texas ” Veterinarians across the globe will gather in San Antonio, Texas, June 4 ” 7, 2008, at the 26th Annual ACVIM Forum, where the entire Veterinary Healthcare Team – -general practitioners, specialists, students, and technicians – -will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge and network with their peers while earning continuing education credit at both the general and specialist levels.

The 2008 ACVIM Forum is four days of continuing education (36 continuing education credits) focusing on new, unpublished data from the largest names in veterinary medicine, including a wide range of topics from internal medicine, oncology, neurology, and cardiology, as well as infectious disease, pharmacology, nutrition, and practice management.

The American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) is the national certifying organization for veterinary specialists in large and small animal internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, and oncology. The ACVIM hosts an annual continuing education meeting (ACVIM Forum) each year where cutting-edge information, technology, and research abstracts are showcased for the veterinary community.
