PORTLAND, Ore. (May 29, 2014) – Women in the Pet Industry Network (WIPIN), a leading organization focused on women entrepreneurs in the ever-growing pet industry, has released its Top Women in the Pet Industry Spring 2014 Magazine, a 126-page digital resource guide of the top American and Canadian services, products and facilities for pets and pet owners.

The Spring 2014 Magazine (available for free download here) includes profiles on 57 women who are making their mark in the pet industry. It is a hefty collection of easy-to-read, sure-to-inspire stories with photos. Each woman’s profile reveals how and why she has achieved success and how she is making life better for pets, pet parents and industry peers. Amber Kirsten-Smit, president and co-founder of Furlocity, Inc., designed the Spring 2014 Magazine cover.

“WIPIN is committed to helping its members grow, give and connect,” Shawna Schuh, president of WIPIN, said. “The magazine provides opportunities for those included in it to do all three of those things. It has proven to be a great marketing tool for members, and also provides a delightful way for them to learn more about like-minded women and then connect with them.”

Published by Women in the Pet Industry Network (WIPIN), this is the fourth edition of the twice-a-year (spring and winter) publication. Since being established in 2012, the Top Women in the Pet Industry Magazine has reached an audience of 1.8 million.
