AKC Calls On All Dog Organizations To Spread Responsible Dog Ownership Message This September

New York, NY " Dogs give us so much: excitement when a favorite person arrives home, company on the couch at night, and full effort on the obedience or agility course. Give back to them by being a responsible dog owner and spreading the word to others. Join the American Kennel Club® (AKC®) and host an AKC Responsible Dog Ownership Days event this September.

“Sharing training tips, watching fun dog sports demos, learning proper canine care and more is what AKC Responsible Dog Ownership Days are all about,” said AKC spokesperson Lisa Peterson. “Hosting an RDO Day is a great way for AKC clubs and dog organizations to reach out and demonstrate what dogs and the people who love them bring to a community.”
